How to Use

Hold the Bars in your hands during exercises like walking, strength training, HIIT, boxing, and aerobics.

To use during a shadowboxing exercise, hold a Bar in each hand at shoulder height with an underhand grip. Adopt a fighting stance with your feet shoulder-width apart and bounce on your toes. Dip, weave, and throw controlled punches directly to the front and sides. Make sure to brace your core and not use “floppy” arms to protect your shoulder and elbow joints.
