Push the main button on the base to turn your kettle on, and use the back toggles to choose your temperature and hold settings. Twist the main button to set your desired temperature; the screen will show “set” when the temperature is set. When the F/C is blinking, the kettle is heating. The top number on your screen is your set temperature and the bottom is your current temperature. Once your set temperature is reached, the kettle will maintain your temperature for five minutes without the hold mode being turned on, and 60 minutes with it turned on. Push the main button to turn off your kettle.

To clean your kettle, first make sure the base is unplugged and the kettle has cooled completely and completely empty. Next, wash the inside of your kettle with soapy water and rinse. Wipe the exterior of the kettle and base with a damp cloth or sponge and allow it to dry. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansers, or scouring pads on any part of the kettle as it may damage the finish. Never submerge the kettle in water or other liquids, or place in the dishwasher.
