How to Use

For heat therapy, place the eye mask in the microwave and warm for 30 seconds. Always test the temperature of your mask before applying it to your skin. For cold therapy, store this mask in the freezer until ready to use and apply as a cold compress.

Use a clean, damp cloth to spot clean. Do not launder.

Note: This mask is strap-free, designed to rest in place so you can relax without an elastic band wrapped around your head.
