great for sleep and relaxing

I was given these in a box from a company on instagram i was working with sometime last year and they did wonders for my anxiety and sleep issues. was battling bad ptsd paired w terrible nightmares that led to insomnia. these knocked me out. I didnt even take the full dose of two. Just one a night. After i finished the bottle my sleep issues subsided. The anxiety too. Now, a year later, as i am having panic attacks i am going to try these again. im sure they will work! 10/10 recommend. -@kazumichinn

Peace of Mind

I have been taking these CBD Capsules for just over 3 months now and felt compelled to write a review. I have been struggling with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD for years and have tried everything you can imagine. From pharmaceuticals to alternative medicine. So as a result I can be skeptical for something to take hold and make a difference. I didn't notice a huge difference right away but built up over the first month I noticed an ease I hadn't had before. Not a numbing feeling I had felt with other treatments---an ease. Slower to anger, manic phases easier to adjust and depressive moments fading. These capsules have become part of a ritual for me. After the daily vitamins, I treat myself to a shot of pineapple juice with CBD. I remember to eat more regularly, I sleep more soundly---all these things coming together to navigate me to feel better overall. Even my family and friends have noted a change so noticeable that a few asked what was different? I credit these. It doesn't take away the bad but it certainly leads you to wanting to find the good. After three months it's safe to say I'm sticking with it. ( I also highly recommend the vaporizer as well which gives an extra aid at muscle aches. )
